COMING SOON! RAVE THEATER
 FELDMAN MALL PROPERTIES, INC. ANNOUNCES NEW LEASE FOR 14-SCREEN RAVE THEATER AT NORTHGATE MALL IN CINCINNATI, OHIO

October 9, 2007 – Cincinnati, OH -- Feldman Mall Properties, Inc. (NYSE: FMP), a real estate investment trust focused on the renovation and repositioning of enclosed regional shopping malls, today announced the signing of a new 60,000 square-foot lease with Rave Digital Media/Rave Motion Pictures for the creation of a state-of-the-art 14-screen, all-digital multiplex at Northgate Mall, a 1.1 million square foot mall located in the northwest suburbs of Cincinnati, Ohio. The new theater, which will total approximately 2,850 seats, is expected to open in the fall of 2008.
Northgate Mall, located in Colerain Township, is a super-regional enclosed mall featuring anchor tenants Macy’s, Dillard’s and Sears. Northgate is also home to many well known national retailers, including Victoria Secret, Christopher & Banks, New York & Co., Aeropostale and many more.
Rave Motion Pictures, one of the fastest growing and most prominent independent theater circuits in the country, recently completed its conversion to digital projection at all of its 427 screens at their stadium theater complexes located in 11 states. All rave theaters now feature state-of-the-art AccessIT (NASDAQ: AIXD) systems and DLP Cinema® projectors from Texas Instruments (NYSE: TXN). Many are also capable of Real D 3D projection on select features.
Digital projection, when coupled with Rave’s whopping 48 inches between rows, plush seats, giant screens, digital surround sound, high back rockers and 18 inch risers for unobstructed views, make for an experience that cannot be replicated at home. Rave is bullish on the theater as the best place to watch a feature film, and remains committed to the communal experience of movie viewing.

Founded in 1999 by Tom Stephenson, Rave Motion Pictures is a Dallas, TX based company. They will open their 28th multiplex theater, the Town Square 18 in Las Vegas this November.

HOSTA SHOW
May 31  
Stop by and see some amazing Hostas. They will be displayed and judged near Dillard's. There will also be some Hostas for sale with pricing ranging from $5 up.

KIDS' DAY OUT
June 10  
Kids' Day Out is our monthly kids' program. We meet on the second Tuesday of the month at 1:00 pm. Lots of fun adventures and crafts are planned for you.

To join costs just $5.00 and includes a year's worth of fun. You will receive your own Membership Card and a T-shirt to wear. Stop by the Shopper Service Center near the Food Court to sign up.

PROJECT: FASHION CAMP
June 23 - June 27  
PROJECT: Fashion Camp is a week-long interactive summer camp designed to show campers some basics of the fashion and modeling industries. Northgate Mall stores such as Dillard's, Macy's Sears, Deb Shop, Limited Too! and many more will help students learn merchandising, visual display, hair styling, make-up application and everything needed to look great and be a part of the fashion industry. Students will learn how to walk the runway and be ready for a modeling audition. Pictures will be taken and all campers will receive their own portfolio card, ready to take to an audition or appointment. On Friday our campers will present their very own PROJECT: Fashion Camp Style Show where they will showcase what they have learned during the week.

DAYLILY SHOW
June 28  
The Greater Cincinnati Hosta and Daylily Society will present their annual Daylily Show on Saturday, June 28 near Dillard's. Stop by to see a variety of Daylilies. There will also be a display of Daylilies that will be for sale, with pricing beginning at $5.

BACK TO SCHOOL FASHION SHOW AUDITIONS
July 6  
Back to School Fahion Show Auditions will be held on Sunday, July 6 from noon to 3:00 pm in Center Mall.

Applications will be available beginning June 15 at the Shopper Service Center. Be sure to have your application filled out and bring a non-returnable photo.
